Job Description

The Accountant shall be responsible for providing support for the day to day running of the company´s administration and finance functions. He/she must ensure that all due diligence for good operating procedures are adhered to. The role reports to the Finance manager

Role Specific Requirements:

•Administer accounts receivable and payable
•Responsible for Account and bank reconciliation
•Assist with payroll administration
•Prepare task computations and tax returns
•Review all major contracts with suppliers of goods and services and highlight any financial implications
•Provide alternative solutions in the  reviews  to protect the interest of the company
•Closing and preparation of financial statements

Required Skills or Experience

Minimum Qualification:

•A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or closely related discipline
•MBA will be a plus
•3 -5 years experience in similar role
•Knowledge accounting software is a plus
•ACCA qualification
•Ability to communicate effectively in English
