Description: | Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will perform the following responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Registry of the Institute
Assist in the implementation of decisions and policies of the Institute
Contribute to the general operation of the Registry
Assist in the development of high-quality records management systems for the Institute's records
Serve as secretary to Committees

Qualifications: |
Candidate must have a good first degree and either a Masters degree in Administration/Social Science or an equivalent professional qualification with a minimum of two (2) years post qualification experience in a tertiary education institution
Skills Required: Successful candidate must have the following attributes:
Good writing and communication skills
Good analytical skills
Good human relations skills
High sense of integrity
Ability to work to tight schedules
