Nandom Rural Bank Ltd requires a dynamic, skillful goal-oriented and a dedicated individual as a Manager
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Set goals, guide and motivate staff to perform well
- Implement Board Policies and decisions
- Initiate meaningful changes in the company and take steps to improve upon performance
- Any other responsibilities which the Board will assign the Manager from time to time
Required Skills or Experience
The candidate must have:
- A relevant degree from a recognised University
- A professional qualification such as ACIB, ICA, ACCA, CIMA finals
- Seven, years banking experience, Five (5) years of which should have been in a Senior Management position
- Good Interpersonal skills and ability to achieve objectives without affecting relationships
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Working knowledge of ICT
