Responsibilities:
- Projects a positive image of the organization through receiving, welcoming and directing visitors and callers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensures availability of up-to-date promotional, information and reading material in reception area
- Maintain accurate records in calls' log book
- Operate range of office automation equipment including switchboard, fax machine, photocopying, binding, etc
- Carries out basic word processing, simple data entry into spread sheets, outlook and other data bases
Required Skills or Experience
- HND in Communication/Administration/Secretarial/Hotel Management
- 3 years post studies experience
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Additional language (French) is advantage
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills a must
- Event management is a plus
- Age below 29 years
