* Build an outstanding and motivated team of young professionals
* Build a brand, develop and market and meet sales goals
* Articulate the value proposition of this new and compelling service/industry
* Design and deliver a powerful marketing plan and suite of sales tools
* Implement nationwide road show in partnership with leading mobile operator
* Establish efficient processes by which we deliver an support clients
* Monitor impact and usage of the service among farmers, traders and businesses
* Test, deploy and measure the usability and functionality of the product
* Contribute to the international expansion of the company through ideas and advocacy
* Build partnerships with Ministries, projects and Development Partners
* Build relationships with the Agro Industry and other business sectors
* Speak at conferences and on radio, television and special events
* Set up and manage a call center team to deliver support/information nationally
* Design and enhance the company’s business model and plan
* Design and manage the budget an financial processes and controls
* Ensure legal and financial compliance with local regulations
* Measure and deliver financial/social returns
* Play a leadership role in emerging mobile services community
Required Skills or Experience
* Experience in building, managing and motivating teams
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to create process/systems
* Excellent negotiation, marketing and presentations skills
* Experience in technology transfer and innovation
* Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and follow through
* Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to manage relationships with senior ministry or business executives, as well as farmers/traders in the field
* Minimum 10 years experience in operations, business development/strategy for private sector organizations
* Individuals with background in agri-business strongly encouraged to apply
* Advanced degree (MBA, MPhil, Msc/PhD) required
* Professional Qualification a plus
