Job Description

CA Global: Engineering and Construction (Africa Positions) has a client that is in need of a Commercial Manager (Building and Civil Projects). The position will be based in Ghana.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increasing market penetration significantly
• Manage and Develop the Commercial Department Team
• Key Commercial Contract Management
• Business Development, and ongoing management and control.
• Commercial management and control and development of existing contract book and projects
• Work with the financial team to develop Gross Margins
• Maintaining relationships with clients
• Develop new business in line with business growth plans
• Forecasting, budgeting, - existing and new contracts
• Ensuring adequate resources are applied to key growth initiatives

Requirements:

• BSc in relevant subject (Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying/Project Management….)
• At least 10 years relevant experience in the industry.
• Excellent relationship building experience and background
• High multitasking ability
• Self driven and motivated.
• Ability to lead, develop and manage a team of QS, Civil Engineers
• Must have experience working in Africa
