The HR Business Partner will focus on strategic business activities engaging as the conduit between business leadership and HR. Your remit will be to implement value added HR initiatives so as to build capability and increase organizational effectiveness and business performance.
The role reports to the Director – Human Resource
Design a structure to ensure effective coordination of strategy delivery activity
Understand the implications of the business plan
Creation of a talent pipeline to provide the capability required to grow the business
Drive a culture of high performance and maximum employee contribution
Attract and retain highly capable employees
Drive a robust and relevant succession plan for future business leaders
Required Skills or Experience
The HR Business Partner will be required to demonstrate a high degree of competence and expertise in building relationships, managing a business units change agenda, advising and influencing business related people issues and actively contributing to the delivery of business objectives and facilitating business success.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
MBA in Finance or Human Resource
Professional qualification: ACCA/CA or part qualified
Excellent MS Excel skills
7 years Human Resources experience
The ideal HRBP will come from a mobile telecoms background, although large commercial blue-chip organizations will also be considered
