Busy development team in Ghana seeks a professionally registered Financial Director. You will be responsible for controlling all financial, treasury, regulatory, legal and administrative functions for the company and the project entities. Creating tax efficient structures, accurate financial data and planning will also form part of your extensive remit. It is also important that one builds and maintains good relationships with insurers, regulators, investors, banks and auditors whilst ensuring the company's contractual rights are asserted and risks are manageed. AS our client is active throughout West Africa, your experience in cross border transactions will be heavily relied on. Minimum 10 years working experience required.
