Job Position Description
Our Client, a Major player in the telecommunication industry seeks to hire the service of a Roaming Billing Manager / Administrator to be based at its head office in Accra.- Liaising with external such as roaming partners, operators etc ensuring timely delivery of products, services and settlement operations
- Working with roaming partners for exchange of billing data for out roamers and in-roamers on both prepaid and postpaid roaming
- Constant liaison with roaming partners for updating of charging information, charging zones and network information and updating billing platform
- On going testing and monitoring of billing system functionality including price checks and error call management
- Developing, updating and troubleshooting and upgrades of roaming billing systems and processes
- Documentation of billing system functionally, operational specifications and monitoring and control processes
- Generation and preparation of reports for monitoring, control and traffic analysis purposes
- Maintaining excellent relations with suppliers and roaming partners/operators
- Ensuring adherence to service level agreements with all involved parties
Required Skills or Experience
- Candidates must possess Bachelor degree preferably in social Sciences, or Engineering discipline required
- Should have 2 -year 5yrs relevant experience and at least 3-4 years in telecom industry
- An MBA will be an added advantage
