Job Description
- Must be able to receive and make phones calls as well sending fax, copying, scanning, filling, handling of sensitive documents, running errands etc. Provides clerical, secretarial and general office duties.
- Types various correspondence and reports from rough draft and compiled data; researches and gathers materials; assembles reports; maintains and retrieves database information; completes forms and requisitions; maintains lists.
- Coordinates appointments; arrange meetings; assists with special events; and/or prepare schedules for management.
- Greets visitors; responds to inquiries; and relays messages; sorts and distributes mail;collates, and distributes various materials.
- Organizes, updates, and files documentation; orders materials and supplies; may maintain petty cash funds.
- Take and transcribe minutes of Board and Committee meetings.
- Type and word process documents as needed.
- Maintain lobby, front desk area and the managing directors office clean and free from clutter.
- Travel arrangement or coordinate travel and lodging accommodations for DIRECTORS, as may be requested.
- Assist with completion of necessary reports as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills or Experience
- Must have 3-5 years working experience in the industry of construction or quantity surveyors department or architectural department.
