Job Description
Contract Execution Manager
The Contract Execution Management are key persons in controlling and executing contracts, customer escalations and contract changes/ updates, which will result best possible cost control. The Contract Execution Management is accountable for the following parts:
· Controlling customer purchase orders.
Based on contract and customer agreements, analyze, plan and structure the project in most cost efficient way, including ‘just in time ordering’. Report on key performance indicators.

· Prepare a cost analysis of the project and customer orders. Monitor and report critical deviations from distribution budgets and corrective actions to the Account Supply Responsible, Customer Project Manager and Line Managers.
· Participate in internal start-up/ hand-shake meetings, and drive weekly progress meetings with the MU/BU, Order Management and Contract Execution Management. Interaction with Order Management and the MU/BU are daily activities which will enable full control of planned orders, deliveries, invoicing and costs.
· Enter 100% clarified order details into OO/ ONE.
· Monitor material’s progress from PO placement, through customs clearance, to delivery at the local warehouse.
· Analyze and take corrective actions on escalation and prioritization matters.
· Report project/ order status to the Customer Project Manager on a daily basis.
· Update the billing plan for locally placed orders.
· Measure and analyze Key Performance Indicators and decides on corrective actions
· The Contract Execution Management shall have excellent knowledge of received contracts/ projects/ customer purchase orders, both in terms of volumes and products and thus give input to supply planning functions

· Controlling local inventory and deliveries.
Based on contract and customer agreements, plan and structure inventory requirements and deliveries the most cost efficient way. Define key performance indicators.

· Prepare a cost analysis of local inventory and transport. Continuously report deviations from budgets and corrective actions to Account Supply Responsible and Line Managers.
· Arrange and drive weekly progress meetings with the Distribution Service Providers. Interactions with the Distribution Service Providers are daily activities which will enable full control of deliveries, invoicing and costs.
· Effect inventory management in accordance with SOX requirements, including monthly reconciliation of stock in the warehouse against the warehouse management system and quarterly physical stock takes.
· Follow up on expected future invoicing and ensure that the billing dates are updated accordingly.
· Initiate project closure process with all stakeholders

Job Qualifications
Bachelor degree in a Electrical Engineering
English in written and spoken. Other languages may be required for specific customers
Full knowledge of the whole Supply Chain and interfaces with other areas.
Experience from general Supply chain operations, services and/or Project management is preferred.
