Job Description
- Co-ordinating the operational and fiscal activities of production units
- Identifying, adapting and developing new areas of business activity for income generation
- Developing systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of Production Units
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Development
- Second degree especially in Economics, Marketing, Business Development or Entrepreneurship
- 5 years post qualification experience will be required
- High level motivation and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills
- High business acumen
- Results/Performance orientation
- Good computer skills
- Drive and strong resource utilisation skills
