Required Skills or Experience
Generic Requirements:
- Applicants must have at least 10 years of work experience in a construction environment
- Applicants must be technically qualified via a trade/technical or tertiary institution. Must be able to demonstrate competence
- Must be a self starter and display the ability to work under pressure
- Must have experience in working on Structural, Mechanical and Piping projects - this not negotiable and applicants that do not possess this experience will not be considered for an interview
- Must be able to display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Artisans will need to practically demonstrate their competency
- Must have passed a relevant trade test or be in possession of proof of qualification by an accredited testing facility. This must be presented
- Must be able to practically demonstrate trade/competency
- Must be able to interpret Drawing/Specification/Isometric Drawings/Plans etc
- Must be able to understand and implement the safe working procedure
