Current Resources sit at 1.1Moz with great potential to grow. Azumah is currently undertaking a Feasibility Study for the development of a 1.0 million tonnes per annum gravity - CIL gold recovery operation producing an initial 70,000 ounces of gold per annum
Job Description
This role will be responsible for the supervision and management of exploration activities at the Company's Wa Gold Project. Duties will include:
- Implementation of drilling and geochemical sampling programmes
- Geological and structural mapping
- Supervision of drilling contractors, ensuring safety requirements are maintained
- Supervision of field crews
- Assist with data interpretation, target generation and exploration programme planning
Required Skills or Experience
- The ideal candidate for this role should have a BSc degree in Geology and a one (1) to five (5) years' experience in Birimian hosted gold mineralistion
