| Description: | The successful candidate will implement environmental monitoring programs in accordance with internationally accepted protocols, interpret environmental data and produce applicable reports.
* Responsible for all environmental monitoring activities of the department in accordance with the monitoring schedule
* Ensure proper and accurate chain of custody of samples from field staff to laboratory
* Develop SOP's and conduct calibration of all environmental monitoring equipment
* Ensure measurement and monitoring of water and non-water environmental aspects
* Regularly review technology, analytical methods, monitoring equipment and facilities with respect to quality assurance and control reporting

| Qualifications: | # At least 2 years environmental experience working in mining or related industrial operations
